鲁达 commission一词，大家并不陌生，一般而言，其在法律文件中有三层含义：
1佣金
any payment by any Group Company or any Associated Company of any professional fees or other transaction costs, expenses or bonuses to any person (including any advisory, consulting or management fees or commissions) in connection with the preparation for, negotiation, agreement, consummation or communication of the transactions contemplated in this Agreement;
任一集团公司或任一联属公司就与本协议项下拟进行交易的准备、谈判、协议、完成或沟通向任何人支付的专业人员费或其它交易成本、费用或奖金（包括任何顾问、咨询、管理费或佣金）
2委员会
这层含义在法律文件中比较常见，很基础也很简单：
比如permanent commission（常务委员会）；美国证券交易监督委员会. Securities and Exchange Commission)等等
这里给大家普及一下commission与committee的区别：
commission: a group of people etrusted by a goverment or other official body with authority to do somethingcommittee: a group of people are appointed for a specific fuction by a larger group and typically consisting of members of that group.
3委托
1. The Department of Agriculture commissioned a study into organic farming.
农业部委托了一项有机耕作的研究。
2. You can commission them to paint something especially for you.
你可以委托他们专门为你画点什么。
3. Our china can be bought off the shelf or by commission.
我们的瓷器可以现货购买或委托定做。
4. Just a few days ago, I finished a commission.
就在几天之前我完成了一项委托任务。
