After the shooter releases the ball:

Contact with the shooter’s hand (a “high five”) during the shooter’s followthru is legal, provided that the contact is incidental and not, for example,hostile or overly physical.

Contact with the shooter’s arm or wristduring the shooter’s follow-thru is considered illegal if the contact prevents the shooter from following-thru naturally. If, however, incidental contact occurs after the shooter has been given sufficient room to follow-thru, no foul call will be made.

意思就是：当进攻球员投篮出手之后，防守球员的手与进攻球员的手发生接触（击掌）是合法的，前提是这种接触是偶然的而不是故意的或有过度接触。

若在进攻球员投篮出手之后，防守球员与进攻球员的手臂、手腕发生接触，则被视为是非法的。
