#1 I'm swamped！
Swamp:沼泽
“忙死”最形象，最对应的英语陈述：
It's the end of the year。I'm swamped。年末忙死了！
I'm swamped by work。大家工作！
I'm feeling so swamped。忙得喘不过气来！
#2 I'm drowning in work！
Drown:溺水
Drown和swamp一样，比喻被淹没。
I'm drowning in work。事情太多了，我完全被淹没了！
#3 I'm buried in work！
喙：卖场
To be buried in something。埋了
I am buried in work。我被工作埋了。
#4 I'm up to my eyeballs .
Eyeballs:眼球
这个表达描述事情太多，堆积在时评线上！

I'm toiling away: 可能是为你自己干，比如辛苦创业

Plate是盘子，除了用在吃上，也可以形容人生这盘菜：

I have a lot on my plate.
There're lots on my plate.
都是形容安排很满，忙不过来。
