【国广装饰】地产样板房案例丨国广一叶装饰庄锦星，得半日之闲，可抵十年旧梦

喝茶当于瓦屋纸窗之下，清泉绿茶，用素雅的陶瓷茶具，同二三人共饮，得半日之闲，可抵十年的尘梦。

本文两个案例为延平.朗悦府B、C户型样板房。「新中式」融入传统东方元素和现代科技智慧，倾力打造现代人居生活的意境空间。「现代轻奢」是一种更尊重生活质量的生活方式，代表着对高品质生活细节的追求。两种风格各自不同，各有特点，各有追求，大气为主、奢宅首选。

新中式

NEW CHINESE STYLE

新中式之美，美在凝固却处处流溢着含香。虔诚诵念默默观想。设计师秉承着以中国传统古典文化作为背景，营造出富有生活情调的空间，提取“壶”、“雕塑”、“字画”等传统文化元素，并且很好的融入了一些现代元素，使得整个空间海纳百川，融合中通的和谐。

The beauty of new Chinese style is solidified, but it is full of fragrance everywhere. Devout and meditate silently. The designer adheres to the Chinese traditional classical culture as the background, creates a space full of life sentiment, extracts traditional cultural elements such as "pot", "sculpture", "calligraphy and painting", and well integrates some modern elements, making the whole space inclusive of all rivers and harmony in the integration.

以素雅的亚麻色为主，辅以沉稳的棕色，两种颜色相辅相成，在视觉上不会出现大面积饱和鲜艳的色彩，彰显空间布局的大气。

墙上的装饰字画，是以山水为主题，表现中国的山水之美，电视柜的插花、座子上的狮子，皆是以传统的元素提升了整体的格调。

The two colors complement each other, so that there will be no large area of saturated bright colors in the vision, showing the atmosphere of spatial layout.

The decorative calligraphy and painting on the wall take the landscape as the theme to show the beauty of Chinese landscape. The flower arrangement of TV cabinet and the lion on the seat all enhance the overall style with traditional elements.

生活过得最有意义的人，不是那些年岁最大的人，而是对生活最有感受的人。落地窗前特设一处品茶区，是有“偷得浮生半日闲”之意，清幽淡雅，远离生活的繁琐，回归宁静的内心。

The people who live the most meaningful life are not those who are the oldest, but those who feel the most about life. There is a tea tasting area in front of the French window, which means "stealing half a day's leisure". It is quiet and elegant, far away from the tedious life and returning to the peaceful heart.

卧室分为两个区域，衣帽间和睡眠区，不会使得整个卧室空荡荡，充分利用了空间布局，实际使用非常方便。

主卧衣帽间增强了空间的流动性。设计观照点滴日常的丰富性，佳人在此精心梳妆打扮，细致打磨的小物件透露着不经意的古韵。

The bedroom is divided into two areas, the cloakroom and the sleeping area, which will not make the whole bedroom empty. It makes full use of the space layout and is very convenient for actual use.

The main bedroom cloakroom enhances the mobility of the space. The design reflects the richness of daily life. The beautiful lady meticulously combs and dresses here, and the small objects carefully polished reveal the casual ancient charm.

MODERN LUXURY

这是一处雅奢驿站，它余留了「白」的简约温馨，「灰」的稳重大气，「金」的奢雅惑人，「橘」的高贵质感，「蓝」的冷艳冰霜。

This is a elegant and luxurious post station. It has the simplicity and warmth of "white", the steady atmosphere of "gray", the luxury and elegance of gold, the noble texture of orange, and the cold and gorgeous ice cream of blue.

这是一处都会美居，也是一处描摹品质生活的理想范本。主张将克制平和与审美表达的自如完美营构一体，以源源不断的创意发想实现个性化的空间景象演绎，满足不同的生活致趣追求。

This is a beautiful city house and an ideal model of quality life. It is advocated that the restraint and peace should be integrated with the free and perfect aesthetic expression, and the personalized space scene interpretation can be realized by continuous creative development, so as to meet the different pursuit of interest in life.
