今天我们谈谈吧。
2018年的Flag是怎么做的？
唇瓣是一件可以脸红的事。
尽管如此，
人们仍然想相信flag。
首先，我先了解一下
英语中flag的确切意思~

你知道flag有几种含义吗？
1.旗，旗帜，国旗，信号旗
At the top of the building there is a red flag.
大楼楼顶有一面红旗。
2.标志
The airport was opened by Canadian troops operating under the flag of the United Nations.
机场由加拿大军队以联合国的名义开放。
3.松劲，泄气，疲乏，变弱，衰退
Her footsteps flagged.
她的步子越走越慢。

打旗号，挥旗要求停车
常见的英文flag，别的不说，先喊个口号！
Flag 1 ：
I want to be as thin as a rake.
我要瘦成闪电！
（是不是以为“瘦成闪电”会翻译成"as thin as a flash of lightning"呢，其实更加地道的说法是"as thin as a rake"，"rake"是耙子的意思哦，或者你也可以说"as thin as a model"。）
Flag 2：
I want to lose 5kg this month.
我要一个月瘦十斤！
Flag 3：
My goal is to fit into these tiny jeans.
我的目标是穿下这条裤子！
Flag 4：
I want to weigh less than 50kg this year.
今年一定要瘦下两位数！
再定个小目标！
Flag 1：
No sweets!
拒绝一切甜食！
Flag 2：
Eat nothing at night.
晚饭坚决不吃！
Flag 3：
From now on, I will only eat vegetables and fruits!
今天开始，我要天天吃草！
Flag 4：
I will go to the gym every day to work my fat off.
坚持每天去健身房运动！
偶尔，也需要来点自我催眠！
Flag 1：
I will begin to lose some weight tomorrow.
明天再减！
Flag 2：
I eat more food so I can gain energy to work out and lose weight.
吃饱才有力气减肥嘛！
Flag 3：
I am on vacation so I can eat and drink whatever I want!
难得放个假，就稍微放纵放纵！
怎么样？是不是学到了很多呀~但是在中国人心中，立flag更多的意思还是去树立一个自己心中的目标。
